The countdown begins...
It seems like only yesterday I was counting 40 something days until Convention. Now, it's 8 until I drop the dogs off at the sitters, load my stuff up and take it to Susie's, and 9 until we set off into the sunset... er... pre-sunrise is more like it. I'm sure it's going to be a VERY early morning for all of us.
The rabbits I entered are looking less than beautiful, for sure. Oh well, I go to Conventions for the education, learning, and seeing the friends I haven't got to see in a very long time!

Help Tim get to Convention!

It's hard.
It's hard to take a break from showing for a while and keep things going without having a sense of depression about it all. Things have been going well, showing just hasn't been a prime concern for me in about a year. It's sad since I didn't go to Convention this year. First time since I started attending them. I'm hoping by Spring of next year I will be ready to rock and roll and be done with the break. The bunnies are all doing well... starting to get things ready for AFL and JW Nationals in April of next year, both being held in Reno, NV at the Grand Sierra Resort. I was just there for a dog show only but a couple months ago, and the facility is GREAT. Reno is only a couple hours for us, so we're really excited about the easy drive to a National show. :)

First post of the year LOL
Wow, you know it's sad when your first post of the year is done.. in June. I guess it would be hard to explain the reasonings why. 2010 so far has been a crazy busy year. I can't believe the year is half over already. In so many ways I feel like it's still January!
Very soon I will be able to give some more detailed updates on my life, but I wanted to let everyone know I am alive and kickin'. And hopefully kickin' some booty soon :)

New litter!
Ahh... I have my first litter in months and boy am I excited. Lucky Lops Capone x THF Saynora Puff Ball. Yes, I bred my squishy Puff Ball and have two fat regular babies. Though she pulled wool and had them in the box it was a very chilly night, and they separated from each other so were quite chilled. I took them inside, warmed them up, and have kept the box in my room. They are doing quite well, and I am so pleased. If this combination clicks right.. these will be some super nice babies. I'm excited to see what will happen!
